Course Qualification: Clients may choose which qualification to undertake for final assessment.

Course Locations: Safe and Secure Consultancy are a mobile training and testing who have a location in Darlington and can accommodate the client by training on there own premises if required.

Data Protection Declaration: Data relevant to your personal details will be stored in a secure environment at Safe and Secure Consultancy. Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those described above, except with the consent of you or as required by law. Your information will be retained for seven years for the purpose of financial auditing. Upon the request you maybe given all information held within our office regarding yourself. You may challenge the accuracy and completeness of information held and have it amended as appropriate. The provision of information to Safe and Secure Consultancy means that you have given explicit permission to process that information under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Course Numbers: Course places are limited to guarantee a high level of personal attention of tutoring.

Payment Terms: Booking fee of 20% ba lance of total fee to be paid on the first day of the course. Cheques are to be made payable to Safe and Secure Consultancy.

Cancellation Terms: Cancellation must be notified in writing to Training Manager, Safe and Secure Consultancy, not less than 14 days before the start of the course. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Note: If for any reason you do not complete the full course post course follow up work will be issued to gain the qualification with a new test date.
