Conflict Management City & Guilds 1884 NVQ Level 2
Candidate requirements
There is no specific prior experience or qualification required to undertake the City & Guilds 1884 course. However due to the nature of the learning and assessment required for the qualification students will need a basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Who should attend?
This course is ideal for anyone in a frontline position who is interacting with the public or work colleagues. Any person that is vulnerable to incidents involving violent aggressive and abusive behaviour in their day to day duties. The individual will gain valuable skills which will be useful in their every day lives, as well as the workplace.
